DIGITAL STORYTELLING
Ready to share your story with the world? Join my workshops where I guide groups of 5–10 people in creating compelling digital narratives. No tech expertise required – just your interest and a few minutes of your time.
Together, we’ll craft a two– to five–minute “mini–film” from personal anecdotes or facts, using images and your voice. I’ll walk you through digitizing images, recording audio, and editing videos with easy online tools.
With seminars from the Center for Digital Storytelling in California and training at UMBC’s New Media Studio since 2010, I’m a seasoned digital storytelling facilitator. Let’s bring your story to life – start today!
To illustrate how it works, the videos below are based on some of the workshops I’ve helped lead as a facilitator:

DST IN SECONDARY ENGLISH CLASSROOM
As a Master’s student in Teacher Training at the Universitat de Barcelona, Spain, I aspired to become a Secondary Education Teacher. Despite limited media literacy offerings in Spanish universities, I focused on English Language Teaching and integrated my media expertise into my studies. This enabled me to research the link between language learning and media literacy and effectively implement digital storytelling in the classroom to enhance English language learning.
My final project and internship at Insitut Pedralbes in Barcelona revolved around using digital storytelling for language learning, offering practical applications. It was a fantastic and enriching experience!
Let’s connect and discuss how I can support your language learning programs!
